Train balance, strength and core with the BOSU Pro Balance Trainer
The BOSU Pro Balance Trainer is the commercial half balance ball used in fitness, sports conditioning and rehabilitation facilities. A 65cm burst-resistant dome sits on a patented non-slip, over-moulded base made to stand up to daily gym use. BOSU designed it for personal trainers, physical therapists and fitness instructors, and it's made in the USA.
One trainer, the whole body
Stand, kneel, sit or put your hands on the dome, and the moving surface gets your muscles working together, across several joints at once. BOSU uses it for balance, strength and flexibility training, and for cardio sessions too. Flip it dome-side down and the flat base becomes a less stable platform for push-ups and planks.
What's in the BOSU Pro Balance Trainer

Flip it. Turn it dome-side down and hold the edges of the base for push-ups and planks.

Is the BOSU Pro right for you?

- Weight limit: the maximum load is 159kg (350lb).
- Latex: it's latex free.
- Check with your health professional first: if you're using it as part of rehabilitation, or you have trouble standing or balancing without support.
If it's part of a therapy or rehabilitation program, talk to your physiotherapist or doctor about which exercises suit you.
