It supports someone during sitting and standing transfers, such as bed to wheelchair or chair to commode, and it can also be used with a standing hoist for walking practice. Cobalt sizes this sling by height and waist. To choose:

1. Height: note the person's standing height.
2. Waist: measure around the waist where the belt will sit.
3. Match both to the table below. The waist figure matters most, because the belt needs to close snugly.
4. If they fall between two sizes, email us the measurements and we'll check with Cobalt.
