How to Determine Which Size Wheelchair to Get?

  1. Sit on your dining chair
  2. Using a measuring tape, find out the widest width between your legs/buttocks
  3. Add 4-6cm to the above measurement, to get recommended seat width

Alternatively, you do this in reverse:

  1. Sit on your dining chair.
  2. Measure out wheelchair seat width over your lap e.g. 35cm, 41cm, 45cm
  3. Ask yourself, would I sit comfortably in a seat that width?

Q4: How to remove Quick Release Wheels from Wheelchair?

A4:

  1. Position the wheelchair so that the wheels you want to remove are facing upwards.
  2. Locate the lever or button on the side of the wheel hub that releases the wheel. This may be a button, lever, or small tab.
  3. Press or slide the lever or button to release the wheel. The wheel should come off easily at this point.
  4. Repeat the process for the other wheel.
