A heavy duty rollator rated to 280kg
The Heavy Duty Bariatric Rollator with Seat 280kg gives larger users a walker they can lean on and sit on. It has an extra wide padded seat with a backrest, squeeze and release locking brakes, a 5 position handle height and an under seat storage bag, all on a lightweight 8kg aluminium frame in a champagne finish.
Walk further, rest when you need to
Many standard rollators top out well below what larger users need. This one is rated to 280kg, so you can walk, stop and sit down for a breather knowing the frame is built for it. Lock the brakes, turn and sit on the extra wide seat, with the backrest behind you for support.
Set it up to suit you
The handles adjust between 89 and 102cm across 5 settings, so you can stand tall rather than stoop. The squeeze and release hand brakes lock in place when you stop to sit.
Carry what you need
The vinyl bag under the seat measures 34 x 17 x 24cm, room enough for shopping, a drink bottle or a handbag.

Is this heavy duty rollator right for you?
- Usually suits: larger users up to 280kg who can walk with support and want somewhere to sit and rest along the way.
- Check first: the handle height range of 89 to 102cm should match your wrist height (see below), and the rollator is 73.5cm wide overall, so check your doorways.
- Always lock the brakes before sitting down, and never sit on it while it's moving.
We recommend speaking with your healthcare provider or physiotherapist about whether a rollator suits your walking needs.
Choosing the right handle height
- Stand up straight in your usual walking shoes, with your arms relaxed by your sides.
- Measure from the floor to the crease of your wrist. That's a good starting point for the handle height.
- Compare with the range. The handles set from 89 to 102cm. If your measurement falls outside it, email us and we'll suggest another walker.
- Check the seat. The seat sits 55.5cm off the ground, with a 48.5cm seat width and 54cm seating width.
