This Height Adjustable Bed Cradle slides under your mattress and forms a frame over the lower part of your body, so sheets and blankets rest on the frame instead of on your feet and legs. It's made from white powder coated steel, adjusts from 54cm to 68cm high and weighs just 3kg.

- Lie in your usual position. Have someone measure from the top of the mattress to just above the highest point of your feet or knees.
