How the Training Works
The training leg holds one bone model at a time: white to simulate a young infant's softer bone, pink for an older infant or toddler's denser bone. Trainees insert into the model as they would the real NIO device, then rotate the bone model to a fresh section for the next attempt. Because the model takes fluid, you can also run the fixation and flush steps, not just the puncture.
