Digital grip testing with the statistics done for you: the Jamar Plus+
The Jamar Plus+ Digital Hand Dynamometer measures and displays isometric grip force from 0 to 90kg (0 to 200 lb) using electronic load cells instead of hydraulics. Physiotherapists, occupational therapists and certified hand therapists use it to track and record a client's grip strength. It also works out the average, standard deviation and coefficient of variation for you.
Spend the session on your client, not your calculator
Set the handle, pass it over and ask for a series of firm squeezes. The LCD shows each reading, and the statistics are done before you pick up your pen. Changes from therapy and from their putty work at home are quick to spot. There's no hydraulic oil to leak, either.
