Measure the hand the glove is for, with the hand relaxed and the thumb out.

1. Measure around the hand. Wrap a soft tape around the hand through the thumb webbing, the skin between the thumb and index finger, and note the measurement in cm.
2. Pick the size that matches your measurement.
3. Between sizes? If your measurement sits on the line between two sizes, email us and we'll help you choose.
4. Choose the side. Each glove is for one hand. Order Left for the left hand and Right for the right hand.
