A Portable Oxygen Resuscitation Kit in a High Visibility Backpack

The Regulator Oxygen Resuscitation Kit is an emergency oxygen system for trained responders in workplaces, community settings and pre-hospital environments. Everything packs into one backpack-style case, so the equipment stays organised and is easy to carry across large sites and remote areas.

What Is in the Kit

The kit includes an oxygen regulator, adult and child oxygen therapy masks with 2 m tubing, six Guedel airways (sizes 0 to 5), an adult bag valve mask resuscitator and an AEROMASK CPR mask in a hard case. It is set up for a C-sized oxygen cylinder. Medical oxygen and the cylinder are not included and must be purchased separately.

• Oxygen regulator, 0 to 15 LPM with 1 HP outlet: dial in the exact flow rate the casualty needs, so you are never stuck on one fixed setting when conditions change.
• Adult bag valve mask resuscitator: deliver manual rescue breaths with or without the cylinder connected, so you still have a way to ventilate if oxygen is not yet onsite.
• AEROMASK CPR mask in a hard case: gives the rescuer a barrier during mouth-to-mask breaths, and the hard case keeps the valve and filter clean between uses so it is ready the moment you need it.
• Six Guedel airways, sizes 0 to 5: covers casualties from paediatric through to large adult, so there is no scrambling to find or reorder the right size mid-response.
• Two adult and two child oxygen therapy masks with 2 m tubing: the extra length lets you treat a casualty without dragging the cylinder right beside them, and having two of each means a second casualty does not have to wait.

Built to Be Found and Carried

Bright external panels with reflective detailing keep the case visible in low light. Inside, dedicated compartments and elastic loops hold each component in place, so nothing is missing when you grab the kit under pressure.

• Trained responders and first aiders who hold a current oxygen therapy or resuscitation qualification.
• Workplaces and first aid rooms that want one complete emergency oxygen setup instead of sourcing a regulator, masks and airways separately.
• Sites that already run, or plan to run, a C-sized oxygen cylinder (the cylinder and medical oxygen are sold separately, see below).

As a sizing guide, Aero Healthcare recommends one kit per 10 people in a high risk workplace or per 25 people in a low risk one.
