The Rolyan D-Ring Wrist Brace in beige is a padded, regular length brace designed to help immobilise the wrist while the thumb and fingers move freely. D-ring straps let you set the compression. A removable aluminium bar adds firmer support, and a double layer of stockinette sits against the skin. Rolyan designed it for wrists affected by arthritis, carpal tunnel syndrome, tendonitis, fatigued muscles, strains and sprains.
Support for the wrist, freedom for the hand
Slip the brace on, thread each strap through its D-ring and pull it to the tension that feels right. The wrist is held firm while the thumb and fingers keep working. At the end of the day it comes off in seconds, and it goes in the washing machine.

Is the Rolyan D-Ring Wrist Brace right for you?
- Usually suits: support and protection for the wrist after injury, and wrists affected by arthritis, carpal tunnel syndrome, tendonitis, strains or sprains, with the fingers left free.
- Usually not suitable for: severe sprains, immediately after a fracture, or directly over open wounds or infected areas.
- Stop using it if unusual swelling, skin discolouration or discomfort occurs. If pain or discomfort continues, see a healthcare professional.
- Straps: don't do them up so tight that they interfere with circulation.
Ask your doctor or hand therapist whether to wear it with the aluminium bar in or out, and how long to wear it.
Choosing the right size and side
Rolyan sizes the brace by wrist circumference. This is Rolyan's own chart. We stock the regular length, so you can ignore the Long column.
- Measure around the wrist at the wrist crease, in cm.
- Read the chart and find the size that covers your measurement.
- Between sizes? Rolyan's ranges have small gaps, for example between S and M. Email us the measurement and we'll help you choose.
- Choose the side: Left for the left hand, Right for the right hand. XL comes in the right hand only.
