The Rolyan Fabrifoam CarpalGard Wrist Support is a slim, lightweight wrist wrap made from breathable Fabrifoam NuStimWrap. It anchors around the thumb and gives mild to semi-rigid support, with compression you set by how firmly you wrap it. It's recommended for carpal tunnel syndrome, wrist pain, wrist strain and arthritis.

Choosing the right size and side

Rolyan sizes the CarpalGard by MCP circumference: the distance around the hand at the big knuckles. These are the adult sizes from Rolyan's chart:

1. Measure around the knuckles. Relax the hand and wrap a soft tape around it at the big knuckles, snug but not tight.
2. Pick the size from the table below.
3. In the gap? If you measure between 20.3cm and 21.6cm (8 and 8 1/2 inch), email us and we'll help you choose.
4. Choose the side. Order Left for the left hand and Right for the right hand.
