Slow-recovery foam lining for splints, casts and equipment
Rolyan Temper Foam is an open-cell, slow-recovery foam for lining splints, casts and adaptive equipment. It feels firm on impact, then moulds with body heat and stays soft on the skin. Choose soft (pink) or medium (blue) density, self-adhesive, in packs of 2 sheets.
Why You'll Love The Rolyan Temper Foam
- Moulds with body heat. Firm on impact, it softens and shapes to the body as it warms.
- Protective lining. It's a padded barrier that helps minimise the effect of knocks, scrapes and brushes against a cast or splint.
- Breathable open cell. Softer, more flexible and more breathable than closed-cell foam.
- Self-adhesive, latex free. Peel and stick, made from non-allergenic, latex free materials.
Your day, with the Rolyan Temper Foam
Cut the foam to the inside shape of the brace or splint, peel the backing and press it in. Pick pink for a softer feel or blue for more support.

Is it the right foam for you?
- A good fit: lining splints, casts and adaptive equipment where you want padding that moulds with body heat.
- Latex free: yes, made from non-allergenic materials.
- Check with your therapist first: if the skin under the splint is broken or fragile.
Not sure which density suits the splint in front of you? We recommend checking with your therapist or healthcare provider, and our team is happy to help you compare options.
