The Savanah Slatted Bath Board sits across your bath to give you a sturdy, comfortable seat while you wash. The smooth, reinforced plastic slats drain quickly. Brackets underneath hold it in place on the rim. This 660mm board holds up to 190kg.
Wash seated, at a comfortable height
Sit across the bath instead of lowering yourself all the way down. You wash at your own pace on a solid seat. Water runs straight through the slats, so it doesn't pool where you sit. When you're done, getting up is easier because you're already at the height of the bath rim.
What's in the Savanah Slatted Bath Board
One white four-slat bath board, 660mm long and 232mm wide, with two adjustable brackets fitted underneath. The brackets do the work of keeping the board where you put it.
Secure. Each bracket has a serrated face and rubber buffers to help hold the board in place against the inside of the bath.
Adjustable. Loosen the nut on the bracket to change its angle.
Angled. Angle the brackets to position the board further back into the bath.
Set. Tighten the nut again once the bracket sits where you want it.

Is it the right bath board for you?
- Usually suits: someone who can sit on the side of the bath and lift their legs over, and wants to wash seated instead of lowering into the bath.
- Check the fit first: measure the outside width of your bath, rim to rim. The board is 660mm long and needs to rest on both rims.
- Weight limit: up to 190kg.
- Check with your OT first: if lifting the legs over the bath side is hard, or a backrest or transfer bench might suit better.
