Shower chair, commode and toilet aid in one
The Stainless Steel Mobile Shower Commode Chair 150kg is a shower chair, commode and over toilet aid on wheels. Use it to wheel the user to the shower, position it over the toilet, or use it on its own as a commode. The 304 stainless steel frame resists corrosion, and the rear castors lock for safe transfers.
Safer trips to the shower and toilet
When walking or standing for long is difficult, getting to the bathroom and showering can become the hardest part of the day, for the user and for carers. This mobile commode lets the user sit once and stay seated: wheel them in, shower them in the chair, or roll it straight over the toilet.
Designed for carers too
The armrests drop down for side transfers. The slide out footplate supports the legs and moves out of the way when getting in and out. The strapped backrest gives support while still leaving access to wash the back, and an adjustable seat belt helps secure the user.
Ready to use as a commode
It comes with a clip-on, high density plastic seat with lid, plus a pail with lid and a splash guard. The 5 inch non-corrosive castors help it roll over uneven surfaces and small humps.

Is this mobile shower commode right for you?
- Usually suits: people who have difficulty walking or standing for long periods, and carers who need to move them safely to the shower or toilet.
- Check first: the user's weight must be under 150kg. The seat sits 50cm high, so check it clears your toilet (see below). The base is 60cm wide, so measure your bathroom doorway.
- Assembly: minor assembly is required on arrival.
We recommend speaking with your healthcare provider or occupational therapist about the right commode for your needs.
Choosing the right fit for your bathroom
- Measure your toilet height. Measure from the floor to the top of the toilet bowl rim. The chair's seat sits at 50cm, so the bowl needs to fit underneath it. Email us your measurement if it's close and we'll confirm.
- Measure the bowl width. Measure across the widest part of the toilet bowl, so we can check it fits between the frame.
- Measure doorways. The narrowest doorway on the way to the bathroom needs to be wider than 60cm.
- Check the floor. Look for steps, tracks or a hob at the shower entry. The castors manage small humps, but a step will stop it.
