Kinesiology tape that shows you exactly how far to stretch it
THERABAND Kinesiology Tape has XactStretch indicators printed right on the tape. Small and large hexagons change shape as you stretch and show when you've reached 25% or 50%. New to taping or doing it every day, you can see when the stretch is right. It's water resistant, latex free and lasts up to five days. Choose standard 5m rolls, a 6-roll pack, precut strips or 31.5m bulk rolls.
Copy the taping pattern you were shown
It supports muscles and joints without immobilising them or limiting range of motion, so you can wear it during and after exercise. With the XactStretch guides, it's easier to repeat the pattern your physio or trainer showed you, at the same stretch each time.
How XactStretch works
- 0%: the hexagons look stretched tall and narrow when the tape is relaxed.
- 25%: stretch until the small hexagon forms an even, equal-sided shape.
- 50%: stretch until the large hexagon forms an even, equal-sided shape.
