A roomier shower chair with arms

Standing in the shower for a long time can be tiring and unsteady. Sitting lets you take your time. This chair is wider between the arms, so it feels less cramped, and the side cross bars and textured frame give your hands something secure to grip.
Steady on wet floors
Each leg has a non-slip tip. The legs adjust in 25.4mm (1 inch) steps, and one leg has a fine adjustment to help the chair sit level on an uneven shower floor. Drainage holes in the seat stop water pooling under you.

Choosing the right fit for your shower
- Measure your shower floor. Measure the width and depth inside the shower. The chair needs at least 62.5cm across and 55.5cm deep, plus room for your legs.
- Check the entry. Look for a hob, screen track or narrow door the chair has to pass through.
- Measure for seat height. Sit on a firm chair with your feet flat and measure from the floor to the back of your knee. The seat adjusts from 37.5cm to 52.5cm, so pick the setting closest to that.
- Check the floor. If your shower floor slopes to the drain, use the fine adjustment on one leg to level the chair.
