Whenever possible the wheelchair user should use the vehicle's fitted seats and the wheelchair should be folded away and placed safely in the luggage compartment of the vehicle or restrained. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIf it is not feasible to transfer to the vehicle's seat then this wheelchair may be used as a chair whilst the vehicle is moving with the necessary restraints, ad with the wheelchair facing the front of the vehicle.
