Between patients, you swing the backrest up electrically instead of cranking a lever, and the table locks solid the moment the castors are set. When a patient needs to sit up for a procedure, or lie flat for an assessment, the change takes seconds, not a wrestling match. Because the backrest carries a quick release for manual let down, your team never has to think twice about what happens if the power drops mid consult.
