I purchased it for my mum, she absolutely loves it and the soft handle is nicer than the older one that she has been using, would highly recommend, A+ great service easy ordering and delivery.
This walker is just as described and perfect for me. Some assembly required but very to do with the instructions. It arrived very quickly after I ordered it. Good communication from seller.
