Warranty Policy

At Mobility Shop Direct, all of our products are manufactured to the highest standards and come with a 12-month manufacturer warranty that guarantees your product will be free from any defects.

In the unfortunate event that you notice any parts damaged or defective, please take a photo/video and email support@mobilityshopdirect.com.au ASAP, so we can determine the best course of action to fix the problem.

We may take the following actions:

  • Ship out replacement parts
  • Provide compensation to you
  • Request you bring the product for assessment or repair

Please note that a warranty replacement is typically a one-time replacement. This means that if the initial product is defective and replaced under warranty, the replacement product is usually not eligible for another warranty replacement.
