Best Returns Policy

Mobility Shop Direct is committed to providing the Best Returns Policy in the Mobility Aids Industry. Our goal is to make your shopping experience as easy going as possible, and ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. We will do our best to meet your expectations at all times.


Unlike our competitors we will not charge you 20% Restocking Fees and expect you also to cover for shipping both ways. We do however, expect products to be returned in condition resealable as 'Brand New' with original box and packaging and expect you to cover the cost of return shipping.

Please note that the Following Cannot Be Returned:

  • Products that are at risk of contamination such as cushions, mattresses, bathroom and toilet items.
  • Products that are large, bulky and/or heavy such as electric lift chairs, electric beds and mobility scooters.
  • Products that are more specialised such as Rehab Walkers, and Tilt in Space Wheelchairs.

All return request must be submitted in writing within 30 days of purchase, and it should be noted that the cost of initial shipping is non-refundable.

You can cancel your order free of charge if the order has not been physically shipped.

Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

We do our best to work with the most reputable and reliable suppliers, but in the event your parcel arrives to you damaged, please take photos and contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 7 days so we can lodge a claim, and arrange for replacement product to be sent to you.

Most of our products come with at least 12 month manufacturer's warranty. Please let us know if you discover any manufacturer's defects and we will help you get parts or replace the product at no additional cost.

Please allow 7-14 business days after delivery of the returned item for our Customer Service Department to inspect the return and process your refund.


Please note that as we have multiple suppliers in different locations, the return shipping address and procedure will be different depending on which product you purchased.
