Mobility Shop Direct is committed to providing the Best Returns Policy in the Mobility Aids Industry. Our goal is to make your shopping experience as easy going as possible, and ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. We will do our best to meet your expectations at all times.

MOBILITY SHOP DIRECT  30-DAY EASY HASSLE FREE RETURN POLICY

Unlike our competitors who might charge you for shipping both ways, as well as sneaky 20% restocking fees, we take the risk off your shoulders, and will refund you 100% of your money back if you are not 100% Satisfied with your purchase, and will even organise for return shipping to make it easy as possible for you.

  • You must notify us of your intent to return within 30 days of delivery date.
  • Products must be in new and unused condition with all original packaging.

    The Following Cannot Be Returned:

    • Products that are at risk of contamination such as cushions, mattresses, bathroom and toilet items.
    • Products that are large, bulky and/or heavy such as electric lift chairs, electric beds and mobility scooters.

    RETURN PROCEDURE

    • All return request must be submitted in writing and sent to support@mobilityshopdirect.com.au
    • If your return is approved you will receive an email from us with shipping labels and return instructions.
    • Securely pack all the returned items in the original packaging, include any other paperwork requested in the return approval email, and attach shipping labels to the outside of the box.
    • Courier will pickup the parcel at agreed time.
    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to the original method of payment within 10 business days.

    CANCELLATIONS

    You can cancel your order free of charge up to 48 hours after the order was placed and if the order has not been physically shipped.

    Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

    DAMAGED MERCHANDISE

    In the event of damage to your product in shipping, please contact support@mobilityshopdirect.com.au to arrange for replacement and pick-up of the damaged mobility aid. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more details.

    DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

    Most of our products come with at least 12 month manufacturer's warranty. Please let us know if you discover any manufacturer's defects and we will help you get parts or replace the product at no additional cost.

    Please allow 7-14 business days after delivery of the returned item for our Customer Service Department to inspect the return and process your refund.
