Mobility Shop Direct is committed to providing the Best Returns Policy in the Mobility Aids Industry. Our goal is to make your shopping experience as easy as possible and ensure you're completely satisfied with your purchase. We’ll always do our best to meet your expectations.
MOBILITY SHOP DIRECT 30-DAY EASY HASSLE-FREE RETURN POLICY
Unlike our competitors, we don’t charge a 20% restocking fee or require you to pay for both outgoing and return shipping. However, returned items must be in a condition that can be resold as 'Brand New'—with all original packaging, boxes, and accessories included. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Products at risk of contamination, such as cushions, mattresses, and bathroom/toilet items
- Large or bulky items such as electric lift chairs, beds, and mobility scooters
- Specialised items like rehab walkers and tilt-in-space wheelchairs
- Items that are custom-ordered or not normally kept in stock
All return requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of purchase. Please note that additional delivery charges for remote or rural areas are non-refundable.
Once a return is approved, we will provide you with the correct return address and a Return Authorisation (RA) number. You must ship the item within 3 business days of receiving this information and provide a valid tracking number. Failure to do so may result in the return being declined.

CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel your order free of charge if it has not yet been physically shipped.
Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
If your order arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us within 7 days so we can file a claim and send you a replacement.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
Most of our products come with a minimum 12-month manufacturer's warranty. If you discover a defect, let us know and we’ll help arrange a replacement or necessary parts at no cost to you.
