How to Order NDIS Products?
NDIS Funding Information for Assistive Technology Products
If you are registered under the NDIS, you may be eligible for funding on a range of assistive technology products, such as rollators, wheelchairs, and over-the-bed tables.
To request an invoice, simply fill out the form below and specify where you would like it sent. We can email it directly to you if you are on a Self-Managed NDIS Plan, or to your NDIS Plan Manager. If needed, we can send it to both.
Payment and Processing Options:
- Immediate Payment: Some of our customers prefer to pay upfront to receive their product sooner and then claim reimbursement from the NDIS.
- NDIS Payment: Others, who may not have the funds available, choose to wait for the NDIS to pay for the product. This process typically takes 3-5 business days once all paperwork has been processed.
Please Note:
- Mobility Shop Direct is not NDIS registered and cannot claim payment through the NDIS portal. However, we are happy to ship your order as soon as payment is received.
- If you are requesting a quote, please ask for the invoice to be sent to your personal email.
- If you wish to proceed with an order, request the invoice to be sent to your NDIS Plan Manager’s email, or submit it through the NDIS portal yourself.
