THERABAND Roller Massager+ Standard Muscle Roller Stick, Green
Roll out tight, tired muscles with the THERABAND Roller Massager+
The THERABAND Roller Massager+ Standard is a 53cm (21in) hand-held muscle roller for self-massage. The green ridged roller grips the skin for a deeper roll than a smooth one. The textured handles give you steady control, before a walk or after a workout. It's made from durable, latex-free thermoplastic that's easy to clean.
Warm up before activity, roll out afterwards
Kneel on a mat, hold a handle in each hand and roll along the calf or thigh at your own pace. You control the pressure. Use it to warm up muscles before exercise and for recovery afterwards, at home, at the gym or in the clinic.
Handles that do double duty
The textured handles give a secure grip so the stick doesn't slip as you press. The rounded handle ends are shaped for trigger point work: place an end on a knot and hold steady pressure.
What's in the THERABAND Roller Massager+ Standard
- Ridged roller: green, grips the skin for a deeper roll.
- Textured handles: black, with rounded ends for trigger point work.
Features
- Ridged roller design grips the skin better than a smooth roller for a firmer, more focused massage.
- 53cm (21in) long, giving room to work across large muscles like the thighs.
- Textured handles for a secure grip while you press.
- Rounded handle ends for trigger point work.
- Reaches all major muscle groups, from calves and thighs to the arms and back.
- Latex-free thermoplastic, durable and easy to clean.
How to use it
These are THERABAND's general instructions. Follow your therapist's program if you have one.
- Roll along the muscle. Apply even pressure with both hands and follow the line of the muscle, using a mix of long and short strokes.
- Time it. Roll each muscle for 30 to 60 seconds, 1 to 2 times in a row, up to 3 to 5 times a day.
- Trigger points. Place a rounded handle end on the knot and hold steady pressure for 20 to 60 seconds.
- Go easy over bone. Ease right off the pressure over bony areas such as the spine or shins.
- Skin or light clothing. It works best on bare skin, but can be used over light clothing.
Is the Roller Massager+ right for you?

MEET THE FOUNDER
Australian owned and operated by David Thiu, Mobility Shop Direct was founded in 2019 to help all Australians find the right Mobility Aids to maintain their Mobility and Independence.
Whilst working as a Locum Pharmacist throughout Australia, David noticed that many of his patients were frustrated by how hard it was to find mobility aids and by the lack of information available. Most Pharmacies either did not stock any Mobility Aids, or those that did only had a limited range available, with many staff members insufficiently trained. Even when shopping online, most of the sites that did sell mobility aids were difficult to navigate, did not provide enough educational material to assist with the buying process, and did not have a wide enough selection.
To fill this gap in the market, David spent hundreds of hours researching, writing buying guides, and building this brand new site that you're on now. Thanks to David you can now shop, browse and learn about Mobility Aids all in one place in the comfort of your own home, and even have everything delivered to your doorsteps!
Today, we stay true to our roots and are online-only. We plan to stay that way in order to offer our customers the lowest possible factory-direct prices, fastest shipping times, and world-class customer service by phone, email, and live chat. Operating online-only means we can offer all this without sacrificing any of the things that made us excited to start this business in the first place like being able to travel and help people all over the world.
How We Give Back To The Community:
We love to give back to our community. Our love for Mobility Aids extends far beyond our local community. We've partnered with Variety to help Children live a better life with the help of Mobility Aids. It's amazing what a difference a Mobility Aid can make to a person's life. Watch this video to learn more about what Variety does for children and families in Australia.
Please consider donating to our fundraising campaign for the Variety. All proceeds go to help children in need to help them gain Mobility, Self Esteem, and Independence.

THERABAND Roller Massager+ Standard Muscle Roller Stick, Green Reviews
Let customers speak for us
from 606 reviewsIt is great just what I wanted
Very very good. Worth the money
A message from the delivery firm the day before with even a am/pm delivery plan would have helped me rearrange a meeting more easily
My brother, just recently arrived in Aged Care, had an old walker which had given good service. He is now less able to get around and the old walker had iffy brakes. So we borrowed another inmate’s “Rolls Royce” Drive walker and he was rapt! Could adjust the arms himself, partner could toss it into her car and the brakes were much easier to use. All in all 10/10!
Definitely 5 star product! Sturdy, glides smoothly, attractive, packaged extraordinarily well and delivered super quickly! Forget flat-packs! Pay for a good quality piece of furniture!
Very helpful. And order was quickly dispatched
Exactly what advertised and exactly what we needed
Great - easy ordering and fully met expectations
I ordered a bedside cabinet on wheels for my 96yr old mum. I did not want a flat pack. I wanted a sturdy, well-made & nice looking piece of furniture. I ordered online. I’m VERY pleased with what I received. Delivery free & arrived here Newcastle in three days. Delivery guy brought it inside & unpacked it for me. The packaging was PRIMO. I cannot overstate how well it was packaged. There was zero chance it would ever get damaged in transit. I attached the three handles which were provided with extra screws AND a screw driver (nice). The cabinet is attractive, moves easily on it’s castors & has a lip around the top to stop items falling off. Quality product well worth the investment. A++++++
Really good quality
Easy to find products online, ordering is very easy very competitive prices and extremely fast delivery
The Assistance Handle has been amazing for my husband who has just had a Quadricep Rupture repair. He used it to help him get in and out of the car whilst keeping his leg straight.
Grab Rail very suitable for our shower
Lightweight yet sturdy perfect for stability
Excellent, folds up neatly to fit in the boot of my daughter’s small car. Takes up little room when dining out.I feel very safe when walking.
