Portable Gravity-Fed Eyewash Station 30L | AEROWASH
A Portable Eyewash Station for Workplaces Without Mains Plumbing
The Aero Healthcare AEROWASH Gravity Eyewash Station 30L is a portable, gravity-fed emergency eye irrigation station built for sites without mains plumbing or power. The 30L reservoir delivers approximately 15 minutes of continuous flow, so it is ready to install anywhere a hazard exists, not just where the plumbing already runs.
Features
- Gravity-fed flow, no plumbing or power - works wherever mains water is not available, so it is not limited to sites with existing plumbing infrastructure.
- 30L reservoir - approximately 15 minutes of continuous flushing in an emergency.
- High-visibility housing - green and yellow body and a bright basin help the user spot and line up the station quickly.
- Twin spray outlets - gentle, broad coverage of both eyes at once.
- Integrated carry handle and wall bracket - fix it in place where it is needed, or move it between sites.
- Wide-fill cap and clear internal tubing - check fluid level visually without opening the whole unit.
- Neutraflush compatible - works with Neutraflush Eyewash Station Additive Concentrate for a prepared flushing solution (sold separately).
Setting Up and Checking Your Station
Mount the unit using the included wall bracket close to the hazard it is protecting, or keep it portable using the integrated carry handle if the risk area moves. Check the fluid level at a glance through the clear tubing and top up through the wide-fill cap as part of routine workplace safety checks. A full 30L tank requires a two-person lift, so plan for that when moving or remounting it. Make sure there is adequate drainage beneath the station during use, or collect the discharge in a suitable container.
Who This Suits
Built for workshops, construction sites, warehouses, laboratories, agriculture and remote work sites where an emergency eyewash is needed but a plumbed station is not available or practical to install.
What's Not Included
This station does not need plumbing or a power connection to work, that is the point of a gravity-fed design. It also does not ship with a flushing additive: it is compatible with Neutraflush Eyewash Station Additive Concentrate, sold separately, if you want a prepared solution rather than plain water.

MEET THE FOUNDER
Australian owned and operated by David Thiu, Mobility Shop Direct was founded in 2019 to help all Australians find the right Mobility Aids to maintain their Mobility and Independence.
Whilst working as a Locum Pharmacist throughout Australia, David noticed that many of his patients were frustrated by how hard it was to find mobility aids and by the lack of information available. Most Pharmacies either did not stock any Mobility Aids, or those that did only had a limited range available, with many staff members insufficiently trained. Even when shopping online, most of the sites that did sell mobility aids were difficult to navigate, did not provide enough educational material to assist with the buying process, and did not have a wide enough selection.
To fill this gap in the market, David spent hundreds of hours researching, writing buying guides, and building this brand new site that you're on now. Thanks to David you can now shop, browse and learn about Mobility Aids all in one place in the comfort of your own home, and even have everything delivered to your doorsteps!
Today, we stay true to our roots and are online-only. We plan to stay that way in order to offer our customers the lowest possible factory-direct prices, fastest shipping times, and world-class customer service by phone, email, and live chat. Operating online-only means we can offer all this without sacrificing any of the things that made us excited to start this business in the first place like being able to travel and help people all over the world.
How We Give Back To The Community:
We love to give back to our community. Our love for Mobility Aids extends far beyond our local community. We've partnered with Variety to help Children live a better life with the help of Mobility Aids. It's amazing what a difference a Mobility Aid can make to a person's life. Watch this video to learn more about what Variety does for children and families in Australia.
Please consider donating to our fundraising campaign for the Variety. All proceeds go to help children in need to help them gain Mobility, Self Esteem, and Independence.

Let customers speak for us
from 606 reviewsIt is great just what I wanted
Very very good. Worth the money
A message from the delivery firm the day before with even a am/pm delivery plan would have helped me rearrange a meeting more easily
My brother, just recently arrived in Aged Care, had an old walker which had given good service. He is now less able to get around and the old walker had iffy brakes. So we borrowed another inmate’s “Rolls Royce” Drive walker and he was rapt! Could adjust the arms himself, partner could toss it into her car and the brakes were much easier to use. All in all 10/10!
Definitely 5 star product! Sturdy, glides smoothly, attractive, packaged extraordinarily well and delivered super quickly! Forget flat-packs! Pay for a good quality piece of furniture!
Very helpful. And order was quickly dispatched
Exactly what advertised and exactly what we needed
Great - easy ordering and fully met expectations
I ordered a bedside cabinet on wheels for my 96yr old mum. I did not want a flat pack. I wanted a sturdy, well-made & nice looking piece of furniture. I ordered online. I’m VERY pleased with what I received. Delivery free & arrived here Newcastle in three days. Delivery guy brought it inside & unpacked it for me. The packaging was PRIMO. I cannot overstate how well it was packaged. There was zero chance it would ever get damaged in transit. I attached the three handles which were provided with extra screws AND a screw driver (nice). The cabinet is attractive, moves easily on it’s castors & has a lip around the top to stop items falling off. Quality product well worth the investment. A++++++
Really good quality
Easy to find products online, ordering is very easy very competitive prices and extremely fast delivery
The Assistance Handle has been amazing for my husband who has just had a Quadricep Rupture repair. He used it to help him get in and out of the car whilst keeping his leg straight.
Grab Rail very suitable for our shower
Lightweight yet sturdy perfect for stability
Excellent, folds up neatly to fit in the boot of my daughter’s small car. Takes up little room when dining out.I feel very safe when walking.
