Marine First Aid Kit for Boats | Navigator Scale E
A Marine First Aid Kit Built to Stay Dry, Organised and Ready on the Water
The Navigator Scale E Marine First Aid Kit from Aero Healthcare puts real first aid supplies on board, in a hard case built for the water rather than the office cupboard. The UV-resistant shell has a water-resistant seal, so the contents stay protected from splashes, sun and salt air, and are still usable when you actually need them.
What's Inside for Common Injuries at Sea
This boat first aid kit is stocked for the injuries that actually happen on deck: cuts, grazes, minor burns, eye irritation, sprains and strains.
- Wound dressings, gauze swabs, and conforming and triangular bandages to control bleeding and dress a wound properly, so a cut or graze does not turn into an infection risk before you get back to shore.
- Burn gel dressings and an instant ice pack to cool and protect a burn or knock straight away, which means less pain and a better chance of avoiding scarring.
- Eye pads and eyewash ampoules for splashback and irritants, so salt spray, fuel or cleaning chemicals in the eye get flushed out properly instead of rubbed and made worse.
- Foam splints and a thermal blanket to stabilise a sprain, strain or shock, giving you a way to keep an injured crew member steady until you are back at the dock.
- Nitrile gloves, a CPR mask, a face shield, forceps and shears so whoever responds first is protected and properly equipped, not working bare-handed with whatever is in the galley drawer.
Built for Commercial and Serious Recreational Vessels
Aero designs this kit for passenger vessels and commercial craft, and for larger private boats that want a higher level of preparedness. It suits vessel operators looking to align with the Australian NSCV (National Standard for Commercial Vessels) requirements for the indicated class of vessel. Between trips it also works as a workplace-grade kit for the garage, shed or workshop.
Wall-Mounted and Easy to Find in an Emergency
A dedicated wall mount bracket holds the case firmly in rough conditions and lets you lift it off quickly when time matters. At 42.8 x 30.4 x 14.6 cm, it fits in a cabin, wheelhouse or equipment room without taking up much space, and the organised internal layout means the right item is easy to find under pressure.
Who This Suits
The Scale E kit is built to be wall-mounted and left in place, covering up to 50 people in a low-risk setting or 25 people in a high-risk setting. It suits commercial vessels, charter boats and larger private boats that want a fixed first aid point in the wheelhouse, cabin or equipment room.
Want a portable kit with a carry handle instead of a fixed wall-mounted case? The Navigator Scale D Marine First Aid Kit covers the same capacity and is built to be carried to an injured crew member rather than the other way around.

MEET THE FOUNDER
Australian owned and operated by David Thiu, Mobility Shop Direct was founded in 2019 to help all Australians find the right Mobility Aids to maintain their Mobility and Independence.
Whilst working as a Locum Pharmacist throughout Australia, David noticed that many of his patients were frustrated by how hard it was to find mobility aids and by the lack of information available. Most Pharmacies either did not stock any Mobility Aids, or those that did only had a limited range available, with many staff members insufficiently trained. Even when shopping online, most of the sites that did sell mobility aids were difficult to navigate, did not provide enough educational material to assist with the buying process, and did not have a wide enough selection.
To fill this gap in the market, David spent hundreds of hours researching, writing buying guides, and building this brand new site that you're on now. Thanks to David you can now shop, browse and learn about Mobility Aids all in one place in the comfort of your own home, and even have everything delivered to your doorsteps!
Today, we stay true to our roots and are online-only. We plan to stay that way in order to offer our customers the lowest possible factory-direct prices, fastest shipping times, and world-class customer service by phone, email, and live chat. Operating online-only means we can offer all this without sacrificing any of the things that made us excited to start this business in the first place like being able to travel and help people all over the world.
How We Give Back To The Community:
We love to give back to our community. Our love for Mobility Aids extends far beyond our local community. We've partnered with Variety to help Children live a better life with the help of Mobility Aids. It's amazing what a difference a Mobility Aid can make to a person's life. Watch this video to learn more about what Variety does for children and families in Australia.
Please consider donating to our fundraising campaign for the Variety. All proceeds go to help children in need to help them gain Mobility, Self Esteem, and Independence.

Marine First Aid Kit for Boats | Navigator Scale E Reviews
Let customers speak for us
from 613 reviewsThe shopping experience with this company was very easy and straight forward. The product was delivered promptly which was great.
Love the soft medical sheepskin foot overlay. I’m at risk of pressure sores,so this is perfect for my feet. Customer service and delivery were first rate.
Very prompt delivery and it was free of charge as well, which is very nice
Very useful thing
Excellent service!
It is great just what I wanted
Very very good. Worth the money
A message from the delivery firm the day before with even a am/pm delivery plan would have helped me rearrange a meeting more easily
My brother, just recently arrived in Aged Care, had an old walker which had given good service. He is now less able to get around and the old walker had iffy brakes. So we borrowed another inmate’s “Rolls Royce” Drive walker and he was rapt! Could adjust the arms himself, partner could toss it into her car and the brakes were much easier to use. All in all 10/10!
Definitely 5 star product! Sturdy, glides smoothly, attractive, packaged extraordinarily well and delivered super quickly! Forget flat-packs! Pay for a good quality piece of furniture!
Very helpful. And order was quickly dispatched
Exactly what advertised and exactly what we needed
Great - easy ordering and fully met expectations
I ordered a bedside cabinet on wheels for my 96yr old mum. I did not want a flat pack. I wanted a sturdy, well-made & nice looking piece of furniture. I ordered online. I’m VERY pleased with what I received. Delivery free & arrived here Newcastle in three days. Delivery guy brought it inside & unpacked it for me. The packaging was PRIMO. I cannot overstate how well it was packaged. There was zero chance it would ever get damaged in transit. I attached the three handles which were provided with extra screws AND a screw driver (nice). The cabinet is attractive, moves easily on it’s castors & has a lip around the top to stop items falling off. Quality product well worth the investment. A++++++
Really good quality
