Eggsercizer Hand Exerciser Egg for Grip Strength and Hand Therapy
Squeeze Your Way to a Stronger Grip with the Eggsercizer Hand Exerciser
The Eggsercizer Hand Exerciser is an egg-shaped grip strengthener that fits neatly in the palm. It was redesigned for orthopaedic surgeons, physiotherapists, occupational therapists and exercise physiologists, with softer resistance levels suited to rehabilitation and a smooth, tack-free surface.
Why You'll Love the Eggsercizer Hand Exerciser
- Softer resistance for rehab: start gently with Extra Soft and work up to Firm as your grip returns.
- Smooth, tack-free surface: no stickiness, so it stays pleasant to hold.
- Colour coded: the colours match the REP Band colour scheme, making levels easy to follow in a program.
- Fits in the palm: its egg shape sits naturally in the hand for squeezing exercises.
Your Life with the Eggsercizer Hand Exerciser
Opening jars, turning keys and carrying shopping all depend on grip. The Eggsercizer makes it easy to work on: keep it by your chair and squeeze it while the kettle boils or the news is on. The smooth, tack-free surface is comfortable to hold, and it's small enough to take with you. As squeezing gets easier, you step up to the next colour.
The Eggsercizer Hand Exerciser in a Nutshell
- Four resistance levels: Extra Soft (orange), Soft (green), Medium (blue) and Firm (purple).
- Professional design: redesigned around what hand therapy professionals asked for.
- Tack-free finish: a smoother new surface that eliminates stickiness.
- Easy to carry: compact enough for a handbag, desk drawer or gym bag.
Choosing the right resistance
The four levels are colour coded to match REP Band colours.
- Extra Soft (orange): the place to start, especially in early rehab.
- Soft (green): the next step once Extra Soft feels easy.
- Medium (blue): for a stronger grip.
- Firm (purple): the firmest level, once Medium feels easy.
Working with a therapist? Ask them which colour to start on.
Is it the right hand exerciser for you?
- A good fit: grip and hand exercises at home or in therapy, with softer levels suited to rehab.
- Check with your therapist first: if you're recovering from surgery or an injury to the hand or wrist.
- Also consider: buying two levels so you can step up without waiting for a new order.
Every body is different. If you are recovering from surgery or injury, we recommend speaking with your healthcare provider about whether this product suits your needs.

MEET THE FOUNDER
Australian owned and operated by David Thiu, Mobility Shop Direct was founded in 2019 to help all Australians find the right Mobility Aids to maintain their Mobility and Independence.
Whilst working as a Locum Pharmacist throughout Australia, David noticed that many of his patients were frustrated by how hard it was to find mobility aids and by the lack of information available. Most Pharmacies either did not stock any Mobility Aids, or those that did only had a limited range available, with many staff members insufficiently trained. Even when shopping online, most of the sites that did sell mobility aids were difficult to navigate, did not provide enough educational material to assist with the buying process, and did not have a wide enough selection.
To fill this gap in the market, David spent hundreds of hours researching, writing buying guides, and building this brand new site that you're on now. Thanks to David you can now shop, browse and learn about Mobility Aids all in one place in the comfort of your own home, and even have everything delivered to your doorsteps!
Today, we stay true to our roots and are online-only. We plan to stay that way in order to offer our customers the lowest possible factory-direct prices, fastest shipping times, and world-class customer service by phone, email, and live chat. Operating online-only means we can offer all this without sacrificing any of the things that made us excited to start this business in the first place like being able to travel and help people all over the world.
How We Give Back To The Community:
We love to give back to our community. Our love for Mobility Aids extends far beyond our local community. We've partnered with Variety to help Children live a better life with the help of Mobility Aids. It's amazing what a difference a Mobility Aid can make to a person's life. Watch this video to learn more about what Variety does for children and families in Australia.
Please consider donating to our fundraising campaign for the Variety. All proceeds go to help children in need to help them gain Mobility, Self Esteem, and Independence.

Let customers speak for us
from 606 reviewsIt is great just what I wanted
Very very good. Worth the money
A message from the delivery firm the day before with even a am/pm delivery plan would have helped me rearrange a meeting more easily
My brother, just recently arrived in Aged Care, had an old walker which had given good service. He is now less able to get around and the old walker had iffy brakes. So we borrowed another inmate’s “Rolls Royce” Drive walker and he was rapt! Could adjust the arms himself, partner could toss it into her car and the brakes were much easier to use. All in all 10/10!
Definitely 5 star product! Sturdy, glides smoothly, attractive, packaged extraordinarily well and delivered super quickly! Forget flat-packs! Pay for a good quality piece of furniture!
Very helpful. And order was quickly dispatched
Exactly what advertised and exactly what we needed
Great - easy ordering and fully met expectations
I ordered a bedside cabinet on wheels for my 96yr old mum. I did not want a flat pack. I wanted a sturdy, well-made & nice looking piece of furniture. I ordered online. I’m VERY pleased with what I received. Delivery free & arrived here Newcastle in three days. Delivery guy brought it inside & unpacked it for me. The packaging was PRIMO. I cannot overstate how well it was packaged. There was zero chance it would ever get damaged in transit. I attached the three handles which were provided with extra screws AND a screw driver (nice). The cabinet is attractive, moves easily on it’s castors & has a lip around the top to stop items falling off. Quality product well worth the investment. A++++++
Really good quality
Easy to find products online, ordering is very easy very competitive prices and extremely fast delivery
The Assistance Handle has been amazing for my husband who has just had a Quadricep Rupture repair. He used it to help him get in and out of the car whilst keeping his leg straight.
Grab Rail very suitable for our shower
Lightweight yet sturdy perfect for stability
Excellent, folds up neatly to fit in the boot of my daughter’s small car. Takes up little room when dining out.I feel very safe when walking.
