HT Electric Parallel Bars (60cm to 1M) w/Electric Width Adjustment
The HT Electric Parallel Bars with Electric Width Adjustment give your practice a fully motorised set of parallel bars, adjusting both height and width at the push of a button. Where standard electric parallel bars still need a manual width reset between patients, this model removes that step entirely, useful for clinics and wards that run a varied caseload through the day.
Lead time: Custom built to order by the manufacturer. Please allow up to 8 weeks for dispatch. Because it is made to your specification, this item is non-refundable for change of mind. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law for faulty goods still apply.
THIS PRODUCT MAY NOT BE RIGHT FOR YOU. READ THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE BEFORE PURCHASE.
Electric Height and Width Adjustment
Both bars adjust electrically, height from 600mm to 1000mm and width to suit the patient standing between them. Staff can reset the bars from a wheelchair-height start position up to full standing height without manual handling, which can reduce the physical effort involved in supporting a patient into a standing position for the first time in a session.
Bolted, Fixed-Floor Installation
The frame bolts directly to the floor, so there is no base rail or footplate for a patient to step over while walking between the bars. That keeps the walking path clear for practitioners running gait and balance work, and suits a permanent installation in a hospital gym, rehabilitation ward, or allied health clinic.
Available in 2m to 6m Lengths
This set is available in six standard lengths from 2.0m to 6.0m, so a facility can match the bars to the room and the walking distance a session needs. Longer runs suit hospital gyms and larger rehabilitation wards; shorter lengths suit smaller clinic rooms.

MEET THE FOUNDER
Australian owned and operated by David Thiu, Mobility Shop Direct was founded in 2019 to help all Australians find the right Mobility Aids to maintain their Mobility and Independence.
Whilst working as a Locum Pharmacist throughout Australia, David noticed that many of his patients were frustrated by how hard it was to find mobility aids and by the lack of information available. Most Pharmacies either did not stock any Mobility Aids, or those that did only had a limited range available, with many staff members insufficiently trained. Even when shopping online, most of the sites that did sell mobility aids were difficult to navigate, did not provide enough educational material to assist with the buying process, and did not have a wide enough selection.
To fill this gap in the market, David spent hundreds of hours researching, writing buying guides, and building this brand new site that you're on now. Thanks to David you can now shop, browse and learn about Mobility Aids all in one place in the comfort of your own home, and even have everything delivered to your doorsteps!
Today, we stay true to our roots and are online-only. We plan to stay that way in order to offer our customers the lowest possible factory-direct prices, fastest shipping times, and world-class customer service by phone, email, and live chat. Operating online-only means we can offer all this without sacrificing any of the things that made us excited to start this business in the first place like being able to travel and help people all over the world.
How We Give Back To The Community:
We love to give back to our community. Our love for Mobility Aids extends far beyond our local community. We've partnered with Variety to help Children live a better life with the help of Mobility Aids. It's amazing what a difference a Mobility Aid can make to a person's life. Watch this video to learn more about what Variety does for children and families in Australia.
Please consider donating to our fundraising campaign for the Variety. All proceeds go to help children in need to help them gain Mobility, Self Esteem, and Independence.

HT Electric Parallel Bars (60cm to 1M) w/Electric Width Adjustment Reviews
Let customers speak for us
from 612 reviewsThe shopping experience with this company was very easy and straight forward. The product was delivered promptly which was great.
Love the soft medical sheepskin foot overlay. I’m at risk of pressure sores,so this is perfect for my feet. Customer service and delivery were first rate.
Very prompt delivery and it was free of charge as well, which is very nice
Very useful thing
Excellent service!
It is great just what I wanted
Very very good. Worth the money
A message from the delivery firm the day before with even a am/pm delivery plan would have helped me rearrange a meeting more easily
My brother, just recently arrived in Aged Care, had an old walker which had given good service. He is now less able to get around and the old walker had iffy brakes. So we borrowed another inmate’s “Rolls Royce” Drive walker and he was rapt! Could adjust the arms himself, partner could toss it into her car and the brakes were much easier to use. All in all 10/10!
Definitely 5 star product! Sturdy, glides smoothly, attractive, packaged extraordinarily well and delivered super quickly! Forget flat-packs! Pay for a good quality piece of furniture!
Very helpful. And order was quickly dispatched
Exactly what advertised and exactly what we needed
Great - easy ordering and fully met expectations
I ordered a bedside cabinet on wheels for my 96yr old mum. I did not want a flat pack. I wanted a sturdy, well-made & nice looking piece of furniture. I ordered online. I’m VERY pleased with what I received. Delivery free & arrived here Newcastle in three days. Delivery guy brought it inside & unpacked it for me. The packaging was PRIMO. I cannot overstate how well it was packaged. There was zero chance it would ever get damaged in transit. I attached the three handles which were provided with extra screws AND a screw driver (nice). The cabinet is attractive, moves easily on it’s castors & has a lip around the top to stop items falling off. Quality product well worth the investment. A++++++
Really good quality
