I purchased it for my mum, she absolutely loves it and the soft handle is nicer than the older one that she has been using, would highly recommend, A+ great service easy ordering and delivery.

I bought the coccyx contour cushion and now ordering a second one but sizing up for more room even though I am quite slim.
